PreciousMetalsRadar is an independent research and education publisher. Data collection, premium calculations, and site content are produced and reviewed by the PreciousMetalsRadar editorial team, which is responsible for methodology decisions, dealer inclusion decisions, and every published figure.

Where our data comes from

• Product prices are read directly from the public product pages of the dealers we track, on a published polling schedule.
• Reference spot prices come from market data feeds and are stored with a timestamp so every premium can be reproduced.
• Market and mining news headlines are drawn from established institutional publishers and always link back to the original source.
• Long-term return comparisons use publicly reported index and ETF data as documented on the relevant pages.

We do not publish simulated, estimated, or placeholder figures. When a source is unavailable, the affected figure is withheld rather than filled in.

How figures are verified

• Every observation is stored with the time it was collected.
• Prices that fall outside plausible ranges for a product are flagged and excluded from published comparisons.
• Observations older than the freshness window are hidden rather than presented as current.
• Collection failures are logged and monitored so silent gaps do not appear as price changes.

Corrections policy

If a published figure or statement is found to be inaccurate, it is corrected as soon as it is confirmed. Where a correction materially changes a comparison, the change is noted on the affected page.
